چکیده
Recently, there has been significant attention given to the electrification of transportation due concerns about fossil fuel depletion and environmental pollution. Conventional drive systems typically include a clutch, reduction gear, mechanical differential, which results in power loss, noise, vibration, additional maintenance. However, in-wheel motor technology eliminates need for these components, providing benefits such as higher system efficiency, improved wheel control, increased passenger comfort. This article offers comprehensive review development drives. It begins with an overview drives electric vehicles, followed by exploration types motors suitable The paper then presents industrial state art motors, comparing them conventional drives, reviews implemented electronics, control system, cooling systems. Finally, concludes outlook on challenges future trends

Type-2 Fuzzy Braking-Torque Electronic Stability Control for Four-Wheel Independent Drive Electric Vehicles
The electronic stability control (ESC) system is one of the most important active safety systems in vehicles. Here, we intend to improve the Electronic stability of four in-wheel motor drive electric vehicles. We will design an electronic stability control system based on Type-2 fuzzy logic controller. Since, Type-2 fuzzy controller has uncertainty in input interval furthermore of output fuzzin...
متن کاملIntegrated Fault Diagnosis Algorithm for Motor Sensors of In-Wheel Independent Drive Electric Vehicles
An integrated fault-diagnosis algorithm for a motor sensor of in-wheel independent drive electric vehicles is presented. This paper proposes a method that integrates the high- and low-level fault diagnoses to improve the robustness and performance of the system. For the high-level fault diagnosis of vehicle dynamics, a planar two-track non-linear model is first selected, and the longitudinal an...
متن کاملModelling and Test Verification of Suspension Optimal Damping Ratio for Electric Vehicles Considering Occupant-cushion and In-wheel Motor Effects
The damping ratio of chassis suspension is a key parameter for damping matching of in-wheel motor vehicles (IWMVs). Because the motor is attached to the driving wheel, the initial design method of the damping ratio for traditional cars is not entirely suitable for IWMVs. This paper proposes an innovative initial design method of the damping ratio for IWMVs. Firstly, a traveling vibration model ...
متن کاملMobile Mapping Systems – State of the Art and Future Trends
Digital mobile mapping, the methodology that integrates digital imaging with direct geo-referencing, has developed rapidly over the past fifteen years. What used to be a topic of academic study has become a commercially viable industry. In this paper the major steps in this development are traced and the current state of the art is reviewed. This is done by looking at developments in four speci...
